Write a letter to a magazine which deals with mental health. Include the following elements and your vision on how they might influence citizens’ emotional stability. Write between 200 – 250 words.

• The hustle and bustle of big cities may affect a vulnerable part of the population.
• Fierce competition in the job market could make some people feel down in the dumps when they do not find their dream job.
• The picture perfect life showcased on social networks has a detrimental effect on those with anxiety and depression.

Write a composition using the sentence given. You can use it at the beginning, in between or at the end, even more than once. Write between 250 – 300 words.
